Oecolampadius

Oecolampadius was the neighbor's cat in California, but he wisely decided to come down and live with us. This was a good decision on his part because the neighbor never bothered to neuter her cats, so they multiplied out of control, so she couldn't afford to give them their shots. As a consequence, feline leukemia got loose in her cat herd and they all died. But not Oco. He's a big guy and likes to give big hugs -- he wraps both paws around your neck and hangs on. His song is "Oecolampadius, he's a friendly guy." Oeco died on February 23rd, 2007.
